Candle Care
Care Instructions:
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent excess soot.
Burn for 2-4 hours at a time to ensure an even melt pool and extend the candle’s life.
Keep the wax pool free of debris such as wick trimmings, matches, or dust.
Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface.
Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting or moving it.
Warning !
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from flammable materials, drafts, and vibrations.
Always burn within sight, and out of reach of children and pets.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Stop burning when 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom to avoid overheating the container.

Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support at contact@nencoshop.com with your order number and reason for the return. Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns (unused, unopened, in original packaging). Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.
2. Exchange Process
Contact customer support at contact@nencoshop.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and shipping the new one.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, final sale items, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
